Help With Medicare is operated by WKM, Inc., an independent insurance agency doing business under the We Know Medicare brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

This website provides general Medicare education and a way to request help from a licensed insurance agent.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or the federal Medicare program.

Enrolling in a plan requires a separate application. Approval of an application does not mean coverage starts immediately. Coverage begins on the effective date confirmed by the plan, subject to applicable insurance-company and Medicare rules.

Licensed agents and compensation

We may be paid by the insurance companies whose plans we sell. Talking with us is free, and you are never required to enroll.

AI tools

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help our team answer questions, prepare responses, and schedule appointments. AI tools do not replace licensed insurance agents. Insurance advice and enrollment assistance are provided by a licensed agent.

Scheduling, enrollment services, and outside websites

We may use outside services to help you schedule an appointment and to submit applications through insurance-company and third-party enrollment systems. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

Our website may link to other websites, such as Medicare.gov. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
